SATISFACTION OR REFUND

V.D.A. Distribution Srl. Refunding policy is very simple:

1. Take a picture of your penis which clearly shows its dimension and send it toinfo@androbath.com on the same day you receive the product.

2. If you don't get any result after having used the device for 2 months times (one per day) following instructions, please send an e-mail to: info@androbath.com. Follow the instructions on the warranty delivered with the product and wait until you get a confirmation and the approval of the refund process.

3. Make a copy of the invoice you received with the product, pack the device in its original packaging (intact and complete with manuals etc.) and seal the package.

4. The device has to be shipped within 7 days of receipt of the confirmation, send everything by courier at your expenses to the manufacturer: V.D.A. Distribution Srl.- Via Linate, 56- 36030 Caldogno – Vicenza – Italy

This warranty is not extended to those who have the micro penis..

The warranty "satisfied. Reimbursed." is only valid for purchases made on this site.

Refunds will not be made with cash upon delivery and such deliveries will not be accepted!

V.D.A. Distribution Srl. will refund you from 15 to 30 days through bank transfer. Refund only covers the value of returned devices. Shipping costs are not refundable.
